What we ask

  • A monthly call with the founding team, 30 minutes, scheduled at your convenience. Between calls we handle everything async on Slack Connect or email.
  • Feedback during the program— what's working, what's broken, which regulation is keeping you up this week. Written, voice note, or screenshare — whatever you have time for.
  • Case study is optional, and opt-in at the end.You're never obligated to be a reference. If you choose to, we co-write the story and you own final approval on everything that goes public.
  • Real data, real use. The program only works if OneComply lives in your actual compliance workflow — not a sandbox. EU data residency, every action audit-logged, DPA available before you upload anything sensitive.

We're taking the first ten

Ten design partners, picked for fit across the frameworks we support — DORA, ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, CSSF 22/806, and CRA. We'll weight toward EU financial institutions and NIS2-essential sectors (healthcare, cloud, manufacturing, software vendors under CRA), but a great fit outside that still gets attention.

Applications are reviewed weekly. We reply within three business days either way.

Common questions

Is the program really free?

Yes — no invoices during the design partner phase. If you decide to convert to a paid plan post- launch, the 30% year-one discount applies to whichever tier you pick.

How long does the program run?

Until we complete our public launch — typically 2-3 months depending on regulatory context. After launch, your account rolls into the 30%-off first year on whichever plan suits you.

What about data protection?

We provide a Data Processing Agreement before you upload sensitive data. All storage and compute stays in the EU (Supabase Frankfurt, Vercel Frankfurt). Every action is audit-logged with before/after diffs.

Do I have to be a reference customer?

No. Case-study participation is opt-in at the end of the program, and you own approval on anything that goes public. Many design partners choose to join after they've seen the value; you have no obligation.

We're not EU-based — can we still apply?

Apply and tell us about your use case. We're weighted toward EU compliance frameworks but open to conversations with teams who need one of the non-EU adjacent standards (ISO 27001, CRA for product companies).

What if my framework isn't listed?

Tell us in the application notes. We're building cross-framework mappings for new regulations and design partners directly influence which one ships next.
